Hello there wellness warriors! My name is Jen and I’ve created this site to share my experience of holistic healing from eczema by way of withdrawing from topical steroids and adopting a healthy lifestyle and a plant-based diet. My hope is to inspire those looking to get on the right track to vibrant health. I want all visitors to my site to be empowered and to know that you can heal yourself from degenerative diseases, don’t let the doctors fool you… this is curable! I had been a long time user (26 years) of steroidal creams, injections, and pills to suppress my eczema symptoms, and even suffered from cancer – Hodgkin’s Lymphoma back in 2008 (which I strongly believe was from topical steroid addiction because the poisonous steroids enter & weaken your bloodstream… and Hodgkin’s Lymphoma is cancer that starts in the white blood cells called lymphocytes). Once I learned of a holistic way to get to the root of my eczema and cure it all together, I became very passionate about wanting to spread this amazing information to others. It’s been an intense, long journey thus far (because of the length of steroid use and toxic buildup), but I’m about 90% clear, and I’m getting better and seeing improvements every day! My hope for this website is for you to take away great information and spread the word to those in need of a new health model to take control of their lives. I also want to bring an awareness to topical steroid addiction and to let people know that you don’t have to be a slave to these medicines.
