it takes soo long for this healing to come about..sometimes i get frustrated as my face looks like dead girl walking…i feel ashamed of how my skin looks since starting this diet..ive lost soo much weight and my skin colour is very dull..sometimes i would ask God when will i see the pay off.
im sorry but im just frustrated…ive spent soo much money on these producst and i cant stand to look at my self in the mirror..its depressing and hurtful.
I know the frustration all too well :(. This process takes a toll on us physically and mentally and all we can do is hold on, and trust the body’s healing capabilities. The body has to take time to heal…I like to say we didn’t accumulate this toxicity overnight, so it won’t take overnight for the body to heal. I would love it if you would send me a personal email and I can get to know more about you and maybe offer some suggestions to easing your symptoms and whatnot through this process. I could also just be some emotional support if you need since I’ve been in the depths of depression while healing with this and know first hand how it can be maddening to the soul.
