The Environmental Working Groupwww.ewg.org is a wonderful resource on the most pesticide laden AKA “dirty dozen” produce, and the conventional produce that isn’t sprayed with pesticides as much AKA “clean fifteen”. There is an exception with the “clean fifteen” papayas, summer squash and corn can be GMO so make sure to get non GMO varieties of these (and stay away from GMO foods all together). When healing from eczema you want to incorporate A LOT of fruits & veggies into your diet, and it’s best to get them organically grown when possible to ensure that you’re not putting toxins back in your body after working so hard to cleanse them out 👍
