Renèe’s Eczema Healing Testimony!
🌺My friend Zakiya from high school reached out to me awhile back with concerns about her daughter Renèe’s skin. I’m so glad that she’s doing so much better these days!🌈
You can scroll through to see her story and photos. She didn’t have many before photos, but the one that is shared you can see different discoloured patches on her belly. Zakiya was so gracious to send an email of support to another mother named Ibie who I’m helping with her two children experiencing eczema as well. I hope Reneè’s testimony can give you hope about healing baby eczema 🌸
***I’m not a medical professional but a wellness advocate, and through this website & social media platforms ( INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK ) people reach out to me and I offer support, advice and tips of what has helped me over the years (26 yrs of steroid use and now 9 yrs free of ts)☺️

Jen’s Fave Products 2
*I have no affiliation to this product, I just love it!
I was put onto this awesome cream by my friend Abby of Eczema Conquerors . I used it on areas that had crusted over scabs that had finished oozing and it helped to clear it up really fast! Some people have even had success with using it on cuts & oozing skin (I suggest to pat dry the skin and test on a small area).
🌿🌸These ingredients are super clean as well, which is what I always look for in skincare products: ingredients you can understand that aren’t hazardous. A little goes a long way with this cream, so you don’t have to use much! Zinc is a powerful skin healing mineral & this is what Badger Balm says about this particular product:
“Badger’s ‘clear zinc’ sunscreen products use a specialized zinc oxide powder made of micron-sized mesoporous zinc oxide aggregates. These particles have a porous surface texture, like a sea sponge, so they don’t reflect as much visible light as standard non-nano zinc oxide particles & are therefore less whitening on the skin. The large particle size of this ‘clear zinc’ oxide gives it the same outstanding safety & efficacy of standard non-nano zinc oxide meaning it won’t absorb into your skin, it won’t harm the environment, & it provides excellent UVA & UVB protection.”
Veronique’s Healing Testimony!
🧡 I LOVE getting testimonials like this!💜
I receive emails & messages from people all over the world just from checking out my social media: INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK and this website. I like to share my experience with what natural remedies that have helped me over the years of healing from eczema & I also send out a health questionnaire to those needing support. Veronique from Singapore reached out to me asking for some support & tips & it’s so awesome to see her healing progress! She also attributed using essential oils (which I highly recommend) as to what has been helping her skin! (The PODCAST she mentioned.)

CALM CBD Oil
🌙Adequate sleep is so crucial to healing the body.
When I can’t sleep my skin feels drier, uncomfortable, I’m irritated & have brain fog, feeling delirious. Taking a broad spectrum CBD hemp oil has helped me so much, & I’ve been using this particular organically sourced brand for over a year now. I became affiliated with them because of their high quality & unique products that actually work! Before I started taking CBD I was truly on the verge of a panic attack, super stressed & anxious, having crying breakdowns multiple times a week from overwhelm. Within a week of taking it, I noticed I hadn’t had a break down that week! I WISH I knew about this in the early stages of my horrific eczema healing topical steroid withdrawal process. It helps reduce inflammation, & has even improved my allergies, & menstrual cycles. The CALM formulation has given me deeper, uninterrupted sleep, & if I need extra support in the day, it helps to ease any anxiousness & discomfort. CBD is the ultimate adaptogen (a type of plant that increases the body’s ability to counter & resist emotional, physical, etc stressors allowing it to “adapt” to stressful circumstances) & is so beneficial for those going through topical steroid withdrawal as it’s common to have adrenal fatigue & unbalanced hormones as a side effect from years of steroid use. CBD helps to balance out the endocrine, nervous & immune system allowing the body to get out of that high stress “fight or flight” state (sympathetic nervous system) to the “rest, repair, renew” state (parasympathetic nervous system) where healing can finally take place. It’s a lot harder to heal when the body is in a stressful state. A little goes a long way, because of its liposomal sonicated nano technology – meaning it has super small molecules, is higher to absorb (95%, other oils are 6-10%) & faster to get directly into the bloodstream (in seconds), bypassing the GI tract. You don’t need multiple doses to get the desired effect – I take .75 – 1ml at night & .25ml in the day if I need extra support.

💚When I received this eczema healing report, it really made my day!💚
A father of a 1 1/2 year old boy healing from eczema reached out to me at the end of September desperately needing support. His son had dry skin since birth but had been experiencing really bad flare ups at 5 months old. His skin would go through intense red, dry and patchy spots when he would get vaccine shots where the symptoms would last for up to 4 months. They introduced hydrocortisone cream when he was 5 months old but thankfully stopped after 2 weeks. It’s so great to see that in just a little over a month of implementing the suggestions I gave him for his son, he is seeing such healing progress in his skin! It’s hard enough to deal with skin issues as an adult, and seeing kids suffering just breaks my heart. I’m so thankful this man reached out for advice and now his son is thriving in his health! I’m also thankful he didn’t continue with the steroid creams on his skin, as it’s so easy to become addicted to them and then have to face the awful side effects and endure a possible horrific withdrawal process. If you’re in need of support with your skin, need advice, natural healing suggestions or just wanna vent feel free to reach out! If you’re interested in the organic whole food based supplements I recommended to him just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll provide more info. There are specific ones for kids and adults and they are nutrient dense with organic micro blue green algae which can be so healing & detoxifying for the body.
I love my Omega vsj843r Low-Speed Juicer!
This sale is good until 9/30 & you can click HERE, my personal affiliate link to learn more and purchase if you’re interested!
The consistency of juice is perfect and so smooth and the clean up is super easy! It’s important to get a low-speed juicer as it ensures that the juice doesn’t oxidize and heat up where vital enzymes and nutrients can be lost. Juicing has been such a huge tool in my healing process as it’s super important to get lots of hydration from the alkaline goodness that are in plants! Juicing allows healing from the inside out because you’re getting a great dose of dense nutrients to help hydrate the old waste in the body, cleanse and heal! I notice when I juice more consistently and get a good quantity in daily, my skin feels much softer and hydrated. I love to do celery juice or a green drink first thing in the morning, then move on to a fruit juice like my current fave, organic Fuji apple, and lime!
Fave Green Drank These Days
🌿🌱🍃This “Green Drank” has been giving me life these days! So rich in vitamins, minerals and dense nutrition – it’s like my cells are getting a huge hug when I drink it 😂. I 💚 to keep it simple and just add a few ingredients – all organic: kale, apple, turmeric, ginger, cilantro, parsley & lemon! 🍋 Kinda gross…but I I’ve noticed that even before I’m done drinking it, my nose starts dripping and mucus starts to pull out of my throat. The antibacterial & anti-inflammatory properties in this drink are 💥POWERFUL💥, and it’s super alkaline which is what our bodies need to heal – the alkaline nutrients from plants. “Dis-ease cannot thrive in an alkaline environment”. The chlorophyll (basically the “plant blood” in veggies) are great for the body for healing. When I juice the kale I do the stems as well, it makes it a bit more potent but there are great nutrients in all of the plant, (do the same with the stems and leaves from beets & other veggies too!) I do the same with the ginger and turmeric, I don’t even peel it, just throw it in the juicer. Cilantro & parsley are great at detoxing heavy metals in the body, which is crucial for people healing from eczema. This is the juicer I use & love: Omega vsj843r Low-Speed Juicer and my personal affiliate link to get it if you’re interested: CLICK HERE

Have you ever heard about dry brushing? It’s super simple, cheap and takes only 5 minutes to do and it can really transform the integrity of the skin and help detoxify you from the inside out!
DID YOU KNOW….Your skin is the largest organ of elimination in the human body?? One third of your body’s toxins are excreted through the skin and dry brushing helps to unclog pores, slough off dead skin flakes and excrete toxins that become trapped in the skin.
I highly recommend adopting dry brushing in your daily routine, especially when going through the TSW healing process as you can accumulate and shed a ton of dead skin. It’s great to do on dry skin, but definitely be careful if the skin is oozing, red, raised and angry…you do not want to dry brush on these areas as it will make it worse. Only dry brush on dry flaky areas and gently-lightly dry brush certain areas that are more fragile and dry. Other areas that are dry but the skin seems stronger, you can brush a little bit harder.
To get started, follow the simple steps below:
1. Purchase a natural (not synthetic) bristle brush, the kind I use comes from cactus and vegetable fibers. I prefer the brush with the fabric handle attached, but there are also brushes with a long handle so can reach all areas of your body.
2. Get naked and stand in a bathtub or tiled surface to catch the falling skin.
3. Begin brushing by starting at your feet and moving in long sweeping motions toward your heart. Always brush toward your heart.
4. Brush several times in each area, overlapping as you go.
5. Take care as you brush over more sensitive areas, like breasts. Your skin will become less sensitive the more you dry brush.
6. Once you’ve brushed your entire body, jump in the shower. (I like to alternate between the hottest water temperature I can tolerate and the coldest at the very end of my shower. This stimulates the lymphatic system and stimulates blood circulation, bringing more blood to the top layers of the skin. Alternating between hot and cold also strengthens the immune system.)
7. After getting out of the shower, pat dry the skin and apply a natural organic oils and butters like coconut oil, jojoba, cocoa butter and mango seed butter. There is also an antioxidant rich organic micro blue green algae lotion that I like to use called Nutrabeautiful. You can find it HERE at my personal store site. You can see customer reviews on the lotion HERE.
8. Continue to dry brush your entire body every day. Twice a day is recommended for best results. Remember to clean your brush with soap and water once a week. I use a natural soap like Dr.Bronners Unscented liquid soap. Leave the brush to dry in a clean, sunny spot to avoid any mildew accumulation on your brush.
Try this for 30 days and see the results for yourself!
Some benefits of dry skin brushing:
1. You’ll exfoliate dead skin.
Instead of using an in-shower loofah and body scrubs, do dry brushing… this will ensure you have silky-smooth skin all year round!
2. It stimulates your lymphatic system.
Dry brushing your skin will kick start your lymphatic system (the sewer system of the body), which helps you remove toxins from the body. The stiffer the bristles on the brush, the better the lymphatic stimulation you’ll create.
3. Dry brushing helps to reduce cellulite.
Cellulite is simply toxic materials that have accumulated in your body’s fat cells and are trapped, unable to be eliminated from the body. Dry skin brushing helps to break down any trapped toxins from within the body and help your body eliminate them through its usual elimination channels.
4. It unclogs pores and de-congests skin.
Dry skin brushing unclogs your skins pores and helps your skin absorb more nutrients. Daily skin brushing promotes healthy, breathing skin. So make sure to pamper the largest organ in our bodies!
