💚When I received this eczema healing report, it really made my day!💚
A father of a 1 1/2 year old boy healing from eczema reached out to me at the end of September desperately needing support. His son had dry skin since birth but had been experiencing really bad flare ups at 5 months old. His skin would go through intense red, dry and patchy spots when he would get vaccine shots where the symptoms would last for up to 4 months. They introduced hydrocortisone cream when he was 5 months old but thankfully stopped after 2 weeks. It’s so great to see that in just a little over a month of implementing the suggestions I gave him for his son, he is seeing such healing progress in his skin! It’s hard enough to deal with skin issues as an adult, and seeing kids suffering just breaks my heart. I’m so thankful this man reached out for advice and now his son is thriving in his health! I’m also thankful he didn’t continue with the steroid creams on his skin, as it’s so easy to become addicted to them and then have to face the awful side effects and endure a possible horrific withdrawal process. If you’re in need of support with your skin, need advice, natural healing suggestions or just wanna vent feel free to reach out! If you’re interested in the organic whole food based supplements I recommended to him just email me at email@example.com and I’ll provide more info. There are specific ones for kids and adults and they are nutrient dense with organic micro blue green algae which can be so healing & detoxifying for the body.
I love my Omega vsj843r Low-Speed Juicer!

The consistency of juice is perfect and so smooth and the clean up is super easy! It’s important to get a low-speed juicer as it ensures that the juice doesn’t oxidize and heat up where vital enzymes and nutrients can be lost. Juicing has been such a huge tool in my healing process as it’s super important to get lots of hydration from the alkaline goodness that are in plants! Juicing allows healing from the inside out because you’re getting a great dose of dense nutrients to help hydrate the old waste in the body, cleanse and heal! I notice when I juice more consistently and get a good quantity in daily, my skin feels much softer and hydrated. I love to do celery juice or a green drink first thing in the morning, then move on to a fruit juice like my current fave, organic Fuji apple, and lime!
🌿🌱🍃This “Green Drank” has been giving me life these days! So rich in vitamins, minerals and dense nutrition – it’s like my cells are getting a huge hug when I drink it 😂. I 💚 to keep it simple and just add a few ingredients – all organic: kale, apple, turmeric, ginger, cilantro, parsley & lemon! 🍋 Kinda gross…but I I’ve noticed that even before I’m done drinking it, my nose starts dripping and mucus starts to pull out of my throat. The antibacterial & anti-inflammatory properties in this drink are 💥POWERFUL💥, and it’s super alkaline which is what our bodies need to heal – the alkaline nutrients from plants. “Dis-ease cannot thrive in an alkaline environment”. The chlorophyll (basically the “plant blood” in veggies) are great for the body for healing. When I juice the kale I do the stems as well, it makes it a bit more potent but there are great nutrients in all of the plant, (do the same with the stems and leaves from beets & other veggies too!) I do the same with the ginger and turmeric, I don’t even peel it, just throw it in the juicer. Cilantro & parsley are great at detoxing heavy metals in the body, which is crucial for people healing from eczema. 💚I love having fresh herbs on hand in my kitchen, and this is the best way I’ve found in storing them! 🌿🌱🍃☘️
Simply cut off the bottoms, place in a glass cup with water and keep it in the front of the fridge. If the herbs go too far to the back they can get too cold…I’ve had herbs get accidentally pushed back too far and then when I looked for them the leaves were frozen! 😟 This simple method can keep your herbs fresh for weeks, just keep replenishing the water very few days 👍🏽. I have cilantro pictured here and I love to use it in my guacamole, salads, curries, green juices (check out the juicer I love to use HERE), soups and cooking where cilantro is called in the recipe.
Cilantro is a heavy metal detoxifier, rich in antioxidants, and has vitamins such as: vitamin A, C, K & B vitamins and minerals such as: potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, and magnesium! I also love to use parsley, mint, basil, thyme, oregano and more! What are your fave herbs to use?
🍊🍊🍊Orange x Beet x Ginger x Turmeric Juice! 🤩
This blend is soooo delicious y’all! So I freshly pressed 4 oranges (got about 16 oz) and in my vitamix I blended up half a small beet with a knob of ginger and turmeric with a little bit of water, strained it, and then added to my 🍊orange juice! I definitely saved the pulp from the beet blend and guess what…I added it to my smoothie later on of wild blueberries x dark red cherries🍒 x bananas🍌 and water….OMG it tastes amazing! Don’t waste that goodness, just throw it in a smoothie! Super rich in anti-inflammatory properties and dense nutrition!

😍 DID YOU KNOW…”The Curcumin in Turmeric is the component that contains phytochemical compounds that calm the liver, resulting in fewer spasms. It helps to prepare & purify the blood before it enters the liver so that blood arrives with fewer toxins. Its healing properties ignite healing heat in a stagnant, sluggish liver resulting in less disease” info from The Medical Medium

Tya from Ohio:
“I am so happy that I made this investment. During the class, I was able to join a support network of other people who are dealing with eczema and other skin issues. The class is more than just education, even though the education I received on how to ‘treat’ my skin issues was superb. The class gave me hope that I could actually have my life back and clear skin. I’ve been encouraged to treat the whole person – mind, body & spirit. I’ve learned so much & I do believe it is helping me to be a healthier person. In addition, the coaches are awesome. They will answer your questions outside of the conference calls. This is better than any doctors visit I’ve ever been to. I know I’m on the road to clear skin. Thank you Jen & Abby for all your help!”
