The consistency of juice is perfect and so smooth and the clean up is super easy! It’s important to get a low-speed juicer as it ensures that the juice doesn’t oxidize and heat up where vital enzymes and nutrients can be lost. Juicing has been such a huge tool in my healing process as it’s super important to get lots of hydration from the alkaline goodness that are in plants! Juicing allows healing from the inside out because you’re getting a great dose of dense nutrients to help hydrate the old waste in the body, cleanse and heal! I notice when I juice more consistently and get a good quantity in daily, my skin feels much softer and hydrated. I love to do celery juice first thing in the morning, then move on to a fruit juice like my current fave, organic Fuji apple, and lime!

💚I love having fresh herbs on hand in my kitchen, and this is the best way I’ve found in storing them! 🌿🌱🍃☘️
Simply cut off the bottoms, place in a glass cup with water and keep it in the front of the fridge. If the herbs go too far to the back they can get too cold…I’ve had herbs get accidentally pushed back too far and then when I looked for them the leaves were frozen! 😟 This simple method can keep your herbs fresh for weeks, just keep replenishing the water very few days 👍🏽. I have cilantro pictured here and I love to use it in my guacamole, salads, curries, green juices (check out the juicer I love to use HERE), soups and cooking where cilantro is called in the recipe.

🍊🍊🍊Orange x Beet x Ginger x Turmeric Juice! 🤩
This blend is soooo delicious y’all! So I freshly pressed 4 oranges (got about 16 oz) and in my vitamix I blended up half a small beet with a knob of ginger and turmeric with a little bit of water, strained it, and then added to my 🍊orange juice! I definitely saved the pulp from the beet blend and guess what…I added it to my smoothie later on of wild blueberries x dark red cherries🍒 x bananas🍌 and water….OMG it tastes amazing! Don’t waste that goodness, just throw it in a smoothie! Super rich in anti-inflammatory properties and dense nutrition!
