This morning: fresh face…just moisturizer, messy hair don’t care 😜, feeling good-feeling great! …Working on more self-love 💚 Sometimes I look at my skin and only notice the wrinkles that still need to smooth out, or the discolouration and un-even tone that needs to even out. BUT then I check myself…tell myself “look at all you’ve been through with your skin and overall health, it’s not a sprint but a marathon, be kind to yourself, it can take time but you ARE healing and getting better every day!” I touch the areas of my skin that are super smooth, wrinkle-free and even-toned and I touch areas that are still in repair and I repeat, “everywhere else looks and feels like this, everywhere else looks and feels like this” 💜 Saying these words like a mantra, and touching the skin will give life, love and positive healing energy to those areas…the words will manifest and take root! Kiss your skin, touch your skin and tell it you love it, even if it’s angry at the moment…with all of the awful symptoms that come with this healing process…it will thank you 🙏 Be kind and gentle with yourself, your body is healing and taking its time to do so, you do right by it and it will be so right by you! #eczemaholistichealing

Happy New Year!!!
Eczema Daily Checklist
I think it’s so so important to run down a little checklist ✅ everyday to make sure that you’re doing all you can to allow your body to cleanse, heal & repair. •Sleeping for many hours each night is critical as our body’s can rest, fast and restore. •Drinking plenty of water allows us to be hydrated from the inside out, bathing our organs and letting us detox and cleanse. •”You are what you eat” for sure & looking at food as “is this going to aid in my healing or halt/hinder it?” is very important. Disease doesn’t thrive in an alkaline environment, that’s why I keep it plant based with my meals, super anti-inflammatory, cleansing and hydrating. •You MUST move your lymph and get exercise in everyday, it’s the sewer system the body. I like to just dance around or jump on a rebounder & do yoga! •Get some Vitamin D in your life and fresh, clean air. You need to be out in nature and connect with it, it can be so healing. •Make sure that you are going to the bathroom #2, daily! Our gut health is crucial to the state of our skin, our digestive system is our FIRST line of defense for detoxification, make sure it’s working optimally. •Dry brushing is great to stimulate our lymph system & slough off dead skin…it’s even a great method to put into practice instead of scratching. Only use natural emollients on the skin, always keep this rule of thumb, “if you can essentially eat it, you can apply it to the skin”. •Words of affirmation will get your mind right & keep your faith & hope strong in your healing journey. The words we say & think can heal us or hurt us, only speak loving words over yourself

Hannah’s Healing Testimony!

I would like to share with you all a new series I will be doing on this website. It’s going to be featuring testimonials of eczema warriors who have battled through the healing process and are doing so great with their skin and overall health! This series is a celebration of their hard work and dedication to their healing journey. Each testimonial will share photos, their detailed healing experience, info about their vegan journey and encouragement for those out there still suffering. With each journey, I want to empasize how important nutrition is in this process. If you aren’t a stranger to my blog, you will know that it is something I’m super passionate about stressing as a huge component to healing. I hope you guys enjoy all of the testimonials to come! Starting off the series is a friend that I met through the facebook topical steroid withdrawal support group. Her name is Hannah, and she is an amazing, kind soul. I was so inspired by her story of strength and faith in God to get her through this process, I just had to ask her to share her story on my site! I hope you all can find encouragement through her struggle and be inspired by the way that she has taken control of her health!

8.27.17 <3 Five Years & Five Months TS Free!

Today, August 27th 2017 is my 32nd birthday! I seriously can’t believe sometimes that I’m in my 3os AHHHHHH! Although getting older can be daunting at times, I’m so very thankful for reaching another year, stronger, healthier and wiser than the last. I’m always in awe of all that I’ve been through with my health and how I’m still here…even after many times of, well honestly wanting to not be here. It’s sad to talk about but at my lowest of lowest moments I had a lot of mental & emotional turmoil within, where I didn’t want to live to only see the next day struggling in my body again. I give thanks to God that He gave me the strength to keep pushing, to KNOW that things won’t always be this way, that in time it will get better, and my body WILL heal.
“This too shall pass.”
Psalm 30:5 “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
At this moment as I type this I’m not in an agonizing pain with an intense itch. I only have some irritation around my mouth (little cuts that are oh so stubborn to heal up already) that can be painful at times and tight to where it’s hard to open my mouth. I’m not complaining though because it was only two years ago on my birthday I remember being stuck in the house with oozy achy feet. My bestie who lived with me at the time was so sweet and brought home vegan cupcakes and balloons for me, and another bestie of mine came to visit with gifts as well! I do wish I was back in New York with my friends, partying it up this past weekend, maybe going to a concert and out to dinner…but I’m thankful that I’m here, alive, breathing, in good health that will only continue to get better and better!
I give thanks that I have the strength to take care of my mom who had 3 spinal surgeries last year and is recovering with the use of a walker and a wheelchair. It can be hard to see her struggle with numb & weak legs and feet, but her positive attitude and resilience shows me that no matter how hard it gets never give up, and continue to have faith and hope! Through my struggles and experience I can assure her that healing does indeed take time, and that the patience that I had to learn through my healing process is the same virtue that she must adopt (she can be like me at times and want it to hurry up and end already lol). I give thanks that the mother who gave birth to me 32 years ago and who has been there with me through it all can now lean on me as I help to take care of her. I know that my future birthdays will be bright with even better health, great experiences and adventures!
As I reflect on this past year, my heart is full of gratitude for the ups and even the downs as it strengthened me, for those who helped in anyway possible as it showed me that there are kind people out there willing to lend a hand and to not always feel like I have it under control, that I can be vulnerable and ask for help. I have gratitude for my environment, for the healing sun rays that I’ve definitely taken advantage of this year and the healing plant based foods that I’ve been able to get living here in Florida. I have gratitude for my body, for healing so nicely and never letting me down…even in the days when I would look down at my skin and scream at it, wondering why it’s flaring again…why is this my body…then of course I’d lovingly take back those words and speak life into myself, close my eyes and pray over my body and envision only clear healthy skin. I give thanks for my family, friends and all of those whom I’ve met through this website, instagram and facebook support groups, always giving me encouraging words and giving me blessings and thanks for the work that I do just helping them out on their healing journey. I’m so thankful for another birthday, and I look forward to all of the amazing things that are ahead of me! ❤

Happy Earth Day 2017!

✌️🌍HAPPY EARTH DAY🌏✌️
Don’t think of yourself as insignificant when it comes to taking care of our planet. We make the choice 3x a day on what we eat…choose the compassionate, cruelty free way and not only save the animals lives & the planet, but improve your health as well! 💚🐥🐷🐮🐠Here’s a few statistics to put it all in perspective…
Changing your diet from a meat eating diet to a vegan one reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 1.5 tons per year! 🍒 The meat, egg, and dairy industry produce 65% of worldwide nitrous oxide emissions. 🍊 A meat eating diet creates 7x the greenhouse emissions as the diet of vegans. 🍌 It takes more than 2,400 gallons of water to produce 1 lb of meat VS. 1 lb of wheat using 25 gallons. 🍉 1 calorie from animal protein requires 11 TIMES as much fossil fuel as one calorie of plant protein. 🍍 A vegan diet requires 300 gallons of water per day VS. a meat eating diet which requires 4,000 gallons per day! 🍑 You’d save more water by not eating 1 lb of meat than you would by not taking a shower for 6 MONTHS. 🌽 Raising animals for food uses 30% of the earth’s land mass…that’s about the same size as Asia! 🍇More than 260 million acres of the U.S. forest have been cleared to create cropland to grow grain to feed farmed animals. 🍐 The equivalent of 7 football fields of land are bulldozed every minute to create more room for farm animals. 🍎 70% of grain and cereals grown in U.S. are fed to farm animals. 🍋 It requires 16 lbs of grain to produce 1 lb of meat!
*make sure to check out COWSPIRACY. It’s a great documentary on how our diets are effecting the planet and climate change. Stay informed!

Health through Nutrition
Hey guys!
Check out this super informative lecture my health coach Donia did called Health through Nutrition. She’s a pretty amazing woman, and she’s the one who inspired me to take control of my health and heal my eczema naturally once and for all. Just her sharing her healing story on her site, gave me the courage to begin this blog many years ago and document my journey for you all to see. I’ve learned a lot from her, and because of it, I can share my info with all of you across the world! If you are interested in the products that she is talking about in the lecture, feel free to shoot me an email at eczema.holistic.healing@gmail.com and I can provide you with more info as well as my store site 🙂
Take care & God bless!

Testimony – Arizona Star’s Healing Story!

I would love to share with you a healing testimony of this beautiful little girl named Arizona Star! I’m so glad that her mother Lindsey contacted me for advice on healing her eczema. I’m also so thankful that she didn’t have to experience the rough journey of an intense Topical Steroid Withdrawal. Her healing time happened pretty rapidly, by following the protocol that I recommend. Check out the interview I did with her mother Lindsey, as well as progress pictures below!
